What got you started? In the early 90’s after high school I moved to the beach and immediately fell in love with the fast paced and creativity of the restaurant industry, which led me to travel from Ocean City Md to San Diego CA.
What is your vision for Smittys? I bring in my expertise to provide great service, new menu ideas, educating and training the staff to be more informed and efficient to the needs of our guests. I want to continue the philosophy here “where customer service is an experience”.
What are your hobbies? I enjoy spending time with my daughter, road trips, playing golf & sporting events.
Best tips for those wanting to join the industry? Make sure you love to cook and like being creative. it is a hard industry but if you love it will be easy.
